Children's eyes light up at Lake Leisee: new adventure playground on Sunnegga

The well elaborated concept combines play, activity and closeness to nature with attention to detail. Harmoniously embedded in the alpine landscape, the playground offers a varied experience for the whole family. Numerous play stations invite to let off steam and explore: adventurous climbing elements, ground-integrated trampolines, swings, a spectacular slide and decorative animal figures from the region - including the Valais black-nose sheep, the black-neck goat, an eagle and a marmot. A special highlight is the unique staging of the Sunnegga funicular railway, which has been integrated in a playful way and awakens the children's spirit of discovery.

All play equipment was carefully inspected and approved before opening. Made from durable, robust materials, the new playground promises long-term fun - safely and sustainably.

The adventure park on Sunnegga is a popular excursion destination for locals and visitors alike. Whether as a day trip or as a stopover on a longer tour - the new playground at Lake Leisee offers an unforgettable experience for young and old. The playground will be officially inaugurated on the 31st of July as part of the Swiss National Day celebrations - with a festive programme in the heart of the Zermatt mountains.
